1、 Maintenance of air inlet filter element
The air filter is a component for filtering air dust and dirt. The filtered clean air enters the screw rotor compression chamber for compression. Because the internal clearance of the screw machine only allows particles within 15u to be filtered out. If the air filter element is blocked and damaged, a large number of particles greater than 15u enter the screw machine for circulation, which will not only greatly shorten the service life of the oil filter element and oil fine separation core, but also lead to a large number of particles directly entering the bearing cavity, accelerate the bearing wear, increase the rotor clearance, reduce the compression efficiency, and even the rotor is dry and bitten.
2、 Maintenance of oil filter
After the new machine runs for 500 hours, the oil core shall be replaced, and the oil filter element shall be removed with a special wrench. Screw oil shall be added before installing the new filter element. The filter element seal shall be screwed back to the oil filter seat with both hands and tightened with force. It is recommended to replace the filter element every 1500-2000 hours, and replace the oil filter element at the same time when changing the oil. When used in bad environment, the replacement cycle should be shortened. It is strictly forbidden to use the oil filter element beyond the time limit, otherwise, due to the serious blockage of the filter element and the pressure difference exceeding the bearing limit of the bypass valve, the bypass valve will automatically open, and a large number of stolen goods and particles will directly enter the screw host with the oil, resulting in serious consequences. The oil filter element and diesel filter element of diesel screw engine shall be replaced in accordance with the maintenance requirements of diesel engine, and the replacement method is similar to that of screw oil core.
3、 Maintenance of oil-gas separator
The oil-gas separator is a component that separates screw lubricating oil from compressed air. Under normal operation, the service life of the oil-gas separator is about 3000 hours, but the quality of lubricating oil and the filtering accuracy of air have a great impact on its service life. It can be seen that it is necessary to shorten the maintenance and replacement cycle of air filter element under harsh service environment, and even consider adding front air filter. If it exceeds 0.12mpa, it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the motor will be overloaded, the oil-gas separator will be damaged and oil will escape.
Replacement method: remove all control pipe joints installed on the oil and gas barrel cover. Take out the oil return pipe extending into the oil and gas barrel on the oil and gas barrel cover, and remove the fastening bolts on the upper cover of the oil and gas barrel. Remove the upper cover of the oil and gas drum and take out the fine oil. Remove the asbestos pad and dirt adhered to the upper cover plate. Install a new oil-gas separator. Note that the upper and lower asbestos pads need to be nailed and stapled. When pressing, the asbestos pads need to be placed neatly, otherwise it will cause pad flushing. Install the upper cover plate, oil return pipe and control pipes as they are, and check for leakage.
